Hello Amith,
I can't tell you the marks but can definitely tell you the last year's closing rank and percentile of Aiims Delhi in various categories.

GENERAL- 52 AIR- 99.9829207 percentile
Obc- 5590 AIR- 98.0550008 percentile
ST- 4478 AIR- 98.4429 percentile
SC- 1143 AIR- 99.6061463 percentile

This is the minimum percentile you should score in your Aiims examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi.
Any score above this will fetch you Aiims Delhi in the respective categories.
