Salary in Indian Navy does not depend on gender.It depends on the post and the level.For officers in Navy in Sub-Lieutenant rank the pay band is  56100-177500 and MSP 15500 this is entry level rank and highest rank is Admiral of the fleet and the pay band is 2,25,000 which is the highest pay.As your rank upgrades your salary will be increased.
