No one can tell you the exact marks which will help you in getting a seat in VITEEE in CSE stream. But, according to previous year analysis, 
 
CSE in VIT Vellore: closing rank 7000
CSE in VIT Chennai: closing rank 14000
 
Here, you can check the complete cut-off list for VITEEE for all courses: VIT Cutoffs
 
Also, I would recommend you to focus on your preparation. As by seeking cut-off patterns you will land up in wasting a lot of time. So, strategize your plan to score well in the examination.
