All the seats offered in NIT are purely on the JEE main rank and no seat is offered by money so you can not offer them any money to get a seat into NIT you need to perform well in the entrance exam then only you will be able to take the admission into NIT this is true for most of the prestigious colleges of the country where the entrance exam is the only way to get admission into the scholar just once you qualify the exam you need to make the fee payment which is required as per your category and economic criteria

Rohan let me clear you one thing that there is not any type of free seat in the NIT premises each & every candidate's must have to pay the fee structure which is required to pay the fee eventhough he secured maximum or minimum marks as per required for the branch wise cuttoff. So try to achieve the marks as per the branch demands of the respective NIT premises.

 Well we didn't know the cut-off of this year

,But for NITs your marks should be more than cut-off, well  for instance cut-off of this 

Year will be. 80 , so you have to secured more than 80+ .

Well with just 80+ you will not get good colleges,it should be depend on your catogery,in general for good NIT colleges your marks should around 170-180.
