You need to score more than 150 marks in JEE Main to get good NITs in other state quota.

In order to get NITs make sure you have more than 75% marks in your boards exam to be eligible for NITs.

Minimum marks are 125 to get into lower NITs and if you are wishing to get seat in top NITs then try to get more than 200.

You can also go through the below provided cut off for the same -
