Every college has different criteria while considering admission of an applicant. Some colleges do have minimum prescribed percentage in class 12 as 45% or 55% or 65%.

Generally for B.Sc Zoology, colleges tend to have minimum qualification as 55% in aggregate in class 12 which includes the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Basically it depends which college you wants for BSc. If you wants top colleges like Fergusson college Pune. You must have percentage above 78% at your 10+2 level.While for other colleges you can get admission on 65% as well.
