Hello Naveen Singh, For getting Computer Science Engineering in any NIT your percentile should be at least above 96 of you are a OBC Candidate so that you can get admission in low NIT's like NIT Nagaland, NIT Srinagar etc.
But if you Computer Science Engineering in good NIT's you percentile should be above 99,moreover if you want Computer Science Engineering in NIT's like Trichy, Warrangal,Surathkal then your percentile should be above 99.8.
Some private college also takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains result in these colleges you can get CSE even with low percentile also.

The minimum percentile required for getting computer science branch for a OBC student in JEE Mains will depend upon which college you are choosing. Generally the cutoff for OBC in JEE mains 2020 is 49. So if you can get 49 plus in JEE mains 2020 then probably you will get computer science branch in any of the colleges in India through JEE Mains.
