This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains for cse in nit as closing rank keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

Even to get into lower NITs, for cse your rank should have been at least around  28k - 29k  i. e at  least 97.5 percentile as per our rank predictor at

In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020, under other state quota  29040 rank  was closing rank for gender neutral for general category for computer science in NIT Mizoram which is one of the lower NITs
