You have not stated your branch preference, category, state quota etc. Let's say that you are a general candidate with other state quota, then according to last year's cutoff in 7th round, the closing rank for CSE was 33441 which would mean a percentile of 96. For Instrumentation Engineering, cutoff rank was 57765. To take admission in Hemavati Garhwal University, a percentile of 95+ would fetch you a seat.
