The minimum criteria for qualifying the neet ug eam for sc/st category candidates is 40 percentile .
However for coming under neet merit list try to have score of 430+ marks in neet ug exam under sc category to get a mbbs seat in govt. Medical college.

In order to qualify NEET, you need 40th percentile. That means you need to be in top 60% of total candidates. But, remember that this is only a qualifying cutoff. Cut-off scores for getting a seat would be much higher.

For SC candidates, a score of around 420 would be enough for state quota and for All India quota, try to score around 500. This is for top colleges. Otherwise around 400 would also be sufficient in some colleges.

To get a seat in a Good Medical College you have to score 400 or more.

If you want a seat in top colleges you have to score even higher.

So my suggestion is that you try to get around 500 and get seat in a good college.

A minimum of 50% will do , to a seat in any one of the medical colleges in India.

For Premium and Deemed Universitys… U need to score around 450 or above.. depending on the quality and toughness of the examination paper.

• But my suggestion is don't stick to the reservation. Don't depend on it.
• Work hard with perseverance… You will surely succeed.
• Feel as if you belong to the open category and work hard. You will win for sure.
