You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in the comment section.

We don't have neet 2019 cut off marks data for Tamilnadu yet but in NEET 2018, the lowest marks for general category that got a government quota seat in Tamilnadu under state quota was 370 marks and it was for Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar

But this is NEET 2018 cut off marks and cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 500 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination
