For admission in BTech through lateral entry  is possible if the candidate completed 3 years diploma of same stream in any of the polytechnic colleges recognised by technical education of the government is  eligible to get admission through lateral entry in the third year of  fourth year BTech course of study. It is possible only after completing 3 years for technical diploma and after the screening test for admission in lateral entry of B tech in any of the colleges government or private.
