Alliance University, Bangalore, is recognised by both the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. There are more than 55 acres of land allotted to the campus. The Ministry of Education, Government of India, adopted the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) methodology to rate institutions of higher education in India. The university is ranked 60th in the management category by the NIRF 2021 rankings.
