The JEE results hav been declared today.The cutoffs are yet to be released by the institutes.However the qualifying cutoffs has been declared by IIT Roorkee but the admission cutoffs will be declared after JoSSA counselling.
The qualifying marks for the different categories are expected to be somewhat like this:

JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (JEE) Advanced 2019 category wise cutoff is released after announcement of result so till date there is no official announcement on the category wise cutoff. But JEE Advanced result is to be announced on 14 June. So wait for the results with which comes cutoffs. Hope this may help you.

The official category wise cutoff for JEE Advance 2019 is not released as of yet. Based on previous years cutoff, the category wise cutoff for 2019 may be similar to this.
General >= 95
General EWS >= 90
OBC-NCL >= 85
OBC-NCL EWS >= 80
SC >= 50
ST >= 50
