There are Prelims and Mains exam followed by Viva for RJS Exam. For Preliminary exam:

Same syllabus as prescribed for 1 and 2 Law papers and for the Mains. Your Hindi Proficiency and English Proficiency will be tested. Under English proficiency, Tenses, Articles and Determiners, Phrasal Verbs and Idioms, Active and Passive Voice, Co-ordination and Subordination, Direct and Indirect Speech, Modals expressing various concepts.
