The CSE course is equally good in all campuses but Amritapuri slightly edges ahead in terms of exposure

All the other courses,the order would be Coimbatore followed by Amritapuri which is more or less equivalent to the Bengaluru campus.Chennai campus should be your last choice as it is a newly opened college.

I however suggest that you go with the choice of branch rather than college as this helps you get through your Engineering with enthusiasm and ease.
