The minimum percentage you need to score is 50% for msc microbiology.Caste may vary.

But you haven't mentioned your caste to give you dea
If you are SC/ST you need 45% and for other caste 50%
.
See that you won't miss your seat  by not reporting in college.As many of the students lost there seat with these problems.
