Hello student to get percentage from CGPA you need to multiply the CGPA to 9.5 and you'll get the value in percentage.

For example if you obtain 8CGPA then 8*9.5= 76 Percentage.

In your case you've mentioned 7.06 CGPA, then 7.06*9.5= 67.07 Percentage.

There's no difference if it's X college or Y do the apply the same formula and do the same process to convert your CGPA into Percentage.
