Hello there!
Qualifying for Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is compulsory for selection .
PFT for AA ,SSR, X and Y exams consists of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups.
That is , for PFT you need to go through :-1.6 Km run to be completed in 06 minutes and 30 seconds.
10 Pushups
10 Sit-ups , and
20 Squats.
