All the IIMs have 100% placement and summer internships. The average salary package varies depending on various factors. For example in 2019, IIM K had the highest package at 40.50 lakhs per annum amongst the offers it received. This is approximately 30 lakhs lesser than IIM Calcutta in 2019. At this point in time, due to lockdown, the placements have been either put on hold or withdrawn. This is one rare occasion that IIM Candidates have been hanging in the middle of no where. IIM Jammu had the highest placement offer at 18 lakhs per annum. The baby IIMs are going to get lesser packages when compared to the traditional IIMs like A,B,C. IIM Nagpur has seen an inceease in the highest package by 20 lakhs.
