As per your rank and given caste category .. you have less chances to get your preferred MD specialization in any Govt/Private medical colleges except Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Wardha .(according to previous year's cut off trends )

But , every year  the cut off may vary for some following reasons like seat matrix, difficulty level of questions etc.
