See u will be getting seats in the VIT Vellore with this rank as it is a private institution and seats will be filled until it gets full. U might be getting CSE but thats not sure but u will be surely getting the core branches. U can also apply in the Chennai campus for the top branches. U can also take admission through the management quota for ur desired branch in desired campus.
