Thanks for asking, The admission in B COM LLB is done through two ways:

Direct admission in colleges and universities (very rare)

entrance exams

Direct exams are not preferable as they do not have good opportunities and future ahead. Admission through entrance exams is more preferable. 

Tell me about which college you want the information about admission and fee structure. It is not possible to give information about every college offering B COM LLB course. Please specify the college or name of the exam.
