If you hold domicile of West Bengal, then you can apply through its State Quota Counselling. Because even for Government quota and Management Quota seats in Private Colleges, the seats are filled through NEET State counselling. If you do not hold domicile of West Bengal, you have to wait until all the rounds of counsellung are over. And if there are any seats remaining, you can contact the college administration for direct admission.
