Here is the procedure to follow - 

Withdrawal of seat/refund of seat - 

Candidates wishing to withdraw the seat, must submit the application to the Incharge, admission cell, thapar universitiy. 

The fee will be refunded after adjusting all the outstanding dues if any. 

Date of receipt of application  - 

One day before final counseling - refund : after deducting 1000 rupees from the total fees deposited. 

From the date of final counseling to the date of September 30 - refund : 50% tution fee, 50% development fee, 50% hostel fees.

After September 30 - refund : universitiy security+alumni fee
