Hi, 

If you are alloted a seat in the first round of counselling and you are not satisfied with that seat then you can accept that seat by visiting alloted medical college and can choose upgradation option in your application so that you will be alloted another college in other round of counselling. 

Otherwise if you did not got a seat in the first round of counselling then you can choose the upgradation option and then do the choice filling again to have a college in that round of counselling.

Dear Aspirant

A student can go for upgradation after getting a seat in the 1st round of NEET-UG 2019 for which he/she has to go and report to the allotted institute, complete admission
formalities with required documents and give willingness for up-gradation in 2nd round as a YES/NO  at this stage, there also an option for free exit/entry option also.

The second round will start from 9th July, 2019 to 11th July, 2019 till 05:00.
