see there is no management quota available in nit or iits, mtech or m.e course admission is done on gate score, right now counselling and admission process is going on for mtech, however some of the iits has interview and separate written test for m.tech course along with gate score. for NITs, IIITs and GFTI you need to register  in ccmt counselling  portal, for admission in iits you need to separately apply for official websites of iits. you may follow the below link to know more about gate counselling,
