Well no you cannot change or transfer to another college under WBUT after the first year. If in case you want to opt for another better college then you will have to clear WBJEE or JEE Mains again and take admission in your desired college.

You can change your stream after the first year though if you fulfil the criteria that have been set by your college for change of stream.
