to apply for UKVI visa for england open this link : https://www.gov.uk/apply-to-come-to-the-uk. After filling the forum you have to pay the visa fees which is different for different type of Visas and then i will redirect to VFS website through which you would get an appointment to get you documents scanned also opt for SMS service through VFS website in which you would get updates through SMS when your collection is ready.

Depending on your Visa type it may ask you for your IELTS score.
