Be it any bank HDFC, SBI, IDBI or ICICI you have to seat for their bank P.O clerk examinations or appear the general BANK P.O CLERK examinations. Then if you clear it as per your rank you will be alloted

It is very simple procedure. Unlike other scheduled or nationalized banks, HDFC has direct recruitment process. Any Graduates, preferably Commerce background or candidates having tally skills can join HDFC bank as a clerk. You can upload your resume or visit their careers web page for same.
