Hello aspirant. Yes you can apply for AKTU. All you have to do is qualify UPSEE with rank under cut off for your category. UPSEE is entrance exam whose score is accepted in all private and state government universities of Uttar Pradesh. Since it is a top cader university it is first choice for many.
