The process of transferring from RBSE to Cbse is not that complicated,you cma transfer to CBSE Boards after completion of your 10th board exams from RBSE.It is hard to transfer after class 9th as registrations will be already done during that time,so it's better to either transfer before class 9th or to transfer after class 10th from Rbse to Cbse...
