If a seat is allotted  in round 1 candidates can enroll their names in the colleges and get admission.Else candidates who have taken a exit from the first round can again participate in the second round .With their previous registration details. In case of free exit in the first round candidates must report in person to surrender or resign the allotted seat of the particular college with the given time.Else it will be considered to not to be surrendered by the college.
