You have decent chances to get seat under state quota and in private colleges as well. So if you talk about private colleges counseling then you will have to apply for the same separately and counseling will be conducted by state only for state and private colleges together.

as ur answer i hv chance in state... bt as i see up merit list... up cuttoff is very high , then i m confused about my state cuttoff..... so i will try other state private collges under 5-6 lakh fee pr year
