You can just apply for the colleges of your choive and fill  up the forms. If you will clear the cut off of the college, you will be given a seat in the college. Don't worrt getting admissions in ba with english honors is not much difficult . you just have to get minimum 55% marks in your 12th for any college and for some good universities such as delhi univeristy, you need to have good percentage so that you can clear the cut off level of DU
