Hi aspirant,

The PwD certificate is also known as "Person with Disabilities" Or a handicap certificate is a document that certifies the extent and type of holder's disability. This certificate is issued by a medical board or a government hospital. There will be a relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate that will be admissible on last qualifying marks in minimum eligibility requirements in comparison to general candidates in the process of admission.
Minimum percentage of disabilities are as follows :

  • Mentally handicapped - 35%
  • Orthopedically - 40%
  • Deaf & Dumb - 60db & above
  • Blindness - 90%
