It seems your answer is little incomplete as you have not mentioned any field or name of any college regarding which you are seeking information. So as we know that every colleges have a few percent of seats reserved for the ST category students but in your case as you have not mentioned the complete details hence, saying about the cutoffs would not be possible but surely i can say that colleges give admissions on the basis of your rank which you have scored in your entrance exam. So you can easily compare you rank with the cutoffs of the colleges you are willing to get in.
