The cut offs are not released yet because NTA will conduct the mains exam once more in april. They'll release the cut offs only after that exam. So, it can't be predicted now what would be the qualifying percentile for advance.

As per our experts and past trends, candidates having percentile above 85 are supposed to be qualified for the next level. 

Please wait till April to know the cut offs.
