Hello Dear
When You application was successfully registered then you can download Acknowledgement form on which application is provided.
You can not download admit card Immediately after registration.
NTA will provide date around 20 March after which You can download Your admit card on its portal using application number provided on Acknowledgement form.

Actually I appeared in jee main January BT by mistake I start to fill up form of jee main April as fresh candidate... Bt after submitting the form they my January mains application no. And say "u have already registered" that's why I am very much confused... If cannot get admit card
..plzz help me..plzz

Hey aspirant, when you submit the application for the jee mains paper you only gate the confirmation page with your details. If you want the admit card then you will have to wait for it as NTA haven't released the admit cards yet. The release date for admit cards is 20 March '19.
