Both of them will give you a very good career. M.Pharma will lead you for further study in Pharmacy & then getting into research. After B.Pharma getting into hospital sigmantry even opening a chemist shop is another option. MBA will give you a different area. First thing I always say you need to decide yourself. Can you identify what kind of work you can do. Technical keen you have side or you are keen of managerial side or you would like to say some other kind of work.

Whether it is M.Pharma or MBA both will give you good career options.

Both of these courses are very diverse in terms of future scope , curriculum and other things .

But no doubt that MBA is good ,  if you are very good in management and personally have leadership quality  and have interest in these kind of stuff like management , financing , HR etc. As , you are from Pharmacy background you can also opt for Pharma MBA program.

whereas , M.Pharma , has also a great demand today. You can go for M.Pharma in pharmaceutics.
