First of all AIIMS never disclose the marks of students.Only individual students get to know their marks.As far as ranking for st category is concerned the safe marks according to me would be around 100 marks out of 200.

I am providing the st cut off ranks for different AIIMS of 2018 for your reference.Also the cut off is last rank getting admission into AIIMS so it varies every year.
