Firstly, being a fresher you shouldn't expect high amount of salary as it will entirely disappoint you. However the initial salary in BPO'S are in between 15–22k per month. In addition the salary can raise upto 25k if you have high communication skills. Secondly, working in BPO/ CALL CENTER is slightly Hard as the background belong to customer service where you have to deal with numerous different customers on daily basis, that makes you feel tedious and you have to co-operate.

Don't refrain yourself on the basis of salary, even if you get low salary just try it for couple of weeks, it will be worth.
