The salary of an IIT Computer Science Engineer entirely depends on the organization in which he/she is working in. On an average,the salary is around  6 lakhs to 7 lakhs per annum. But,there are companies like Google or Microsoft,which offer 12-15 lakhs per annum. It generally depends on your academic background and abilities to work efficiently.
