If we take the case of our country India then the annual salary of a telecaller on an average is Rs.1.5 Lakhs.

As per my research if your experience level is between 0 to 5 years then you can expect anywhere between Rs.4 to Rs.10 Lakhs annually.

But a thing to note is that the salary depends upon a lot of factors such as gender , Communication skills, Sales skills, convincing power , pressure handling and your Interpersonal skills. It also depends upon experience , if you have already done a similar job in India then your payscale would be good enough but if you are starting out as a fresher in Dubai itself then the payscale would be a little low but still better than India.
