Well, This depends on N number of factors and you can never predict the placements on the basis of CGPAs, Internships etc.
However, Average salary of a NIFT Delhi B. F. Tech graduate can be said to be around 4.5 lakh per annum in the beginning. Though, it increases gradually with your experience.
In 2018 Placements, the highest package received was 23 Lakhs per annum by a Bangladesh based company.
