well the combination of bsc+llb+mba is useless. you can rather go for just bsc and then mba. if you want to study more, you can go for PhD after MBA.

the average package of a MBA graduate from a decent college is 6 LPA and top colleges is 10 LPA. law has no meaning, and if you are clear in your head that you want to persue mba, go for BBA/eco hons/b.com instead.
