With this rank you could easily get a seat in Metallurgy in any good government college and even in IITs (that depends upon your category, though). The cutoffs for gate 2019 aren't released yet hence I am sharing the cutoff records of previous years so that you can get a rough idea about your admission.
In 2017 the cutoff for IIT Hydrabad was 366 for general and 356 for SC/ST, for IIT Indore it was around 625 and for IIT gandhinagar it was 300 for general.
