You will need to score around 87-95 percentile to get admission there.The cut-off varies every year, but according to the previous year cutoff , you need to get a rank under 60000-90000 in JEE Main to get admission in Pant Nagar University .

Since the percentile is calculated from a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees, the formula applies the total number of students in the that session multiplied by the percentage of people who are ahead of you to arrive at the rank. it means you cannot actually assume your percentile just from the score you obtained, infact if you can know how many student are ahead of you, then you can by the way which is not possible.
