I guess you are trying to ask about the importance of solving previous years question papers of neet. So let me tell you that previous year question paper gives you complete idea about what is going to be there in the paper . I'm telling you this with my personal experience that if you have seen or have gone through previous year question papers you are much confident about what you have to do and how to approach the questions in real time ( exam) . Many times questions come from same concept with little twist which can be easily spotted if you have some prior knowledge. 

So according to me significance of paper solving is that it prepares you for the exam and definitely increases your marks.

It is always advised to practice previous year paper to understand the standard of the questions that are asked .Previous year papers help you to analyse the difficulty level of the paper and it also highlights the important chapters from where questions are asked.

You can understand the exam pattern,standard,difficulty level,important topics ,important formula questions and many more.

The previous years question papers are really significant, it play an important role in the preparations.

One must undergo all the previous year papers available for the best preparation, You can practice from NEET , AIIMS, AIPMT as well as JEE Main previous year test papers.

you can refer limited materials for this but your fundamentals has to be clear for that you can dedicate your last 2 months for this.

In the preparation you must assure that you will be able to solve all the queries available in the NEET question papers.

Moreover knowing the answer only is not enough, you have to clear the paper in the prescribed time limit.

Do not think about so many test series, opt one of a good level but only when you are done with all the previous year test papers.

Work on speed and accuracy as well and remember one thing that the level of exam you are going to appear the same level of questions you will get in previous year paper only.
