As per the pay Commission, A MBBS army doctor can get a gross salary of approx 85000 to 90000 INR which after deduction gives your around 72000 to 75000. This is monthly basic pay. After 4 years when you'll Major and then Captain, the monthly basic pay will also increase and it can be around 1.3 lacs.
